The analytical platform "Lipids-Aromas" (P.F.L.A.) is located at the Joint Research Unit (INRA/ENESAD/Burgundy University) for Flavour, Vision, Consumer Perception and Behaviour (UMR-FLAVIC) at the INRA Dijon Centre.
The expertise of the P.F.L.A. is based on the identification and quantification of small molecules of biological interest in biological or food systems:
- lipids and metabolites
- aroma and flavour molecules
